While you can browse some sections of our site without being a registered member, certain activities (such as saving favorite automobiles, running saved searches, and contacting automobile sellers) do require registration.

WiseAuto.com does not sell, share, or in any other way transmit personally identifiable information (names, address, phone numbers, etc.) to any third parties not related to your automobile search/shopping or automobile listing. We do use your contact information to send you automobile listings, reminders, special offers, and communications to automobile sellers. You may always opt-out of receiving such information; see the Choice/Opt-Out section below.

WiseAuto.com Automobile Buyers/Shoppers:
Our site requires you to give us contact information (name, email address, and phone numbers). We use this information to verify your identity, send you messages about our company, send messages about our services, communicate to sellers you interest in automobiles, and provide you with the opportunity to participate in WiseAuto.com's promotion(s) and other special offers.

WiseAuto.com Dealers and Automobile Sellers:
Our site's registration form requires you to give us contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address) and billing information. We use this information to establish and/or verify your identity, notify you about communications from WiseAuto.com Buyers/Shoppers, and enable WiseAuto.com Buyers/Shoppers to view your automobile listing(s). We use your billing and financial information to complete any agreed upon credit card transactions or invoicing you for products and services that you purchase through the site.

Use of Demographic and Profile Data

In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users' activity on our website.
We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

We will occasionally ask you to complete optional information and surveys. WiseAuto.com provides all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account.

To remove your contact information from all WiseAuto.com lists and newsletters, simply edit your account preferences.
